Quantitate Human Cathepsin D (mature, single chain) with 12.58 pg/ml sensitivity.

    Serum of 3 individual human donors diagnosed with type 2 diabetes (T2D) was measured in duplicate. Interpolated dilution factor corrected values (to neat sample) are plotted (mean +/- SD, n=2). The mean Cathepsin D concentration of T2D samples was determined to be 1,975.95 pg/mL with a range of 1,314.15 – 2,776.70 pg/mL.

    Serum of 12 individual healthy human donors (6 female and 6 male) was measured in duplicate. Interpolated dilution factor corrected values (to neat sample) are plotted (mean +/- SD, n=2).
