Interpolated concentration of native CFHR5 was measured in duplicate at different sample concentrations. Undiluted samples are 1 : 800 serum, plasma (citrate), plasma (EDTA), and plasma (heparin).  The interpolated dilution factor corrected values (to neat sample) are plotted (mean +/- SD, n=2). Sample dilutions are made in Sample Diluent NS.

Human CFHR5 SimpleStep ELISA® kit is a single-wash 90 min sandwich ELISA designed for the quantitative measurement of CFHR5 protein in Serum, EDTA Plasma, Cit Plasma, Hep Plasma with 20.18 pg/ml sensitivity.

You can find it in plasma and tissues such as the liver and kidney. It plays a role in regulating the alternative complement pathway by interacting with various complement factors inhibiting excessive immune reactions.
Biological function summary

CFHR5 regulates the complement system to prevent damage to host tissues.
