Interpolated concentrations of Chymotrypsin in ten individual healthy human female serum donors measured in duplicate. Interpolated dilution factor corrected values (to neat sample) are plotted (mean +/- SD, n=2). The mean Chymotrypsin concentration was determined to be 313.2 pg/mL with a range of 103.5 – 539.1 pg/mL.
