Product details
Human CRTAM ELISA Kit is designed for the quantitative determination of CRTAM in cell culture supernatants, plasma and serum samples.
This assay employs an antibody specific for human CRTAM coated on a 96-well plate. Standards and samples are pipetted into the wells and CRTAM present in a sample is bound to the wells by the immobilized antibody. The wells are washed and biotinylated anti-human CRTAM antibody is added. After washing away unbound biotinylated antibody, HRP-conjugated streptavidin is pipetted to the wells. The wells are again washed, a TMB substrate solution is added to the wells and color develops in proportion to the amount of CRTAM bound. The Stop Solution changes the color from blue to yellow, and the intensity of the color is measured at 450 nm.
This ELISA kit shows no cross-reactivity with the following cytokines tested: Human ACE-2, Albumin, AMICA, ANG-4, BAFF, CA19-9, CD163 , Clusterin, CXCL14, Cystatin C, Decorin, Dkk-3, DLL1, Fetuin A, aFGF, FOLR1, Furin, GASP-1, GASP-2, GCSF R, HAI-2, IL-17B R, IL-27, LAG-3 , LDL R , Pepsinogen I, RANK, RBP4, SOST, Syndecan-1, TACI, TFPI, TSP-1, TRAIL R2 , TRANCE, Troponin I, uPA, VE-Cadherin, WISP-1.
