Undiluted samples are as follows : 1 : 100 unstimulated PBMC supernatant and 1 : 400 PHA-M stimulated PBMC supernatant. PBMC were culture in the presence or absence of 1.5% PHA-M for 46 hours. The interpolated dilution factor corrected values (to neat sample) are plotted (mean +/- SD, n=2). Sample dilutions are made in Sample Diluent NS. No signal was detectable in unstimulated PBMC supernatant.

Human CXCL3 ELISA Kit, Chemiluminescent (ab326002) is a rapid single-wash sandwich 55-min ELISA to measure Human CXCL3 in Serum, Citrate Plasma, EDTA Plasma, Cell Culture Supernatant with a sensitivity of 0.17 pg/mL.

How the assay works

Human CXCL3 ELISA Kit, Chemiluminescent (ab326002) SimpleStep Ignite™ ELISA employs capture antibodies conjugated to an affinity tag that is recognized by the monoclonal antibody used to coat our SimpleStep ELISA® plates. This approach to sandwich ELISA allows the formation of the antibody-analyte sandwich complex in a single step during a 30 min only incubation, significantly reducing assay time. By utilizing a chemiluminscent detection method this improves the sensitivity and dynamic range when compared to traditional colorimetric ELISAs.

Target data

Ligand for CXCR2 (By similarity). Has chemotactic activity for neutrophils. May play a role in inflammation and exert its effects on endothelial cells in an autocrine fashion. In vitro, the processed form GRO-gamma(5-73) shows a fivefold higher chemotactic activity for neutrophilic granulocytes.
