Product details

Human Cystatin A ELISA kit is an in vitro enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay for the quantitative measurement of human Cystatin A in serum, plasma and cell culture supernatants. This assay employs an antibody specific for human Cystatin A coated on a 96-well plate.

This ELISA kit shows no cross-reactivity with the following cytokines tested: human ADAM12, ADAM-8, B7-H3 (CD276), BMPR-IB, Cadherin-13, Cadherin-4, CD155 (PVR), CD229 (SLAMF3), CD48 (SLAMF2), CD58 (LFA-3), CD84 (SLAMF5), CD99, CEACAM-5, Coagulation Factor XIV (Protein C), Cystatin B, Cystatin E/M, Desmoglein-2, DR3 (TNFRSF25), ErbB4 (HER4), ESAM, FGF-21, Galectin-2, Galectin-9, ICOS, JAM-A (CD321/F11R), JAM-B (VE-JAM/CD322), Kallikrein 5, Midkine, Pentraxin-3 (TSG-14), Pref-1 (DLK-1/FA1), Siglec-10, SLAM (CD150), SP-D, Syndecan-4, Testican 2 (SPOCK2), TIM-3 (KIM-3), TLR4, TRAIL (TNFSF10), ULBP-1.
