Product details

Human DcR1 ELISA kit is an in vitro enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay for the quantitative measurement of human DcR1 in serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants. This assay employs an antibody specific for human DcR1 coated on a 96-well plate.

Receptor for the cytotoxic ligand TRAIL. Lacks a cytoplasmic death domain and hence is not capable of inducing apoptosis. May protect cells against TRAIL mediated apoptosis by competing with TRAIL-R1 and R2 for binding to the ligand.
