As a member of the malate-aspartate shuttle, it has a key role in the intracellular NAD(H) redox balance. Human FABP-1 SimpleStep ELISA® kit is a single-wash 90 min sandwich ELISA designed for the quantitative measurement of FABP-1 protein in Cell Lysate, Tissue extracts. Quantitate Human FABP-1 with 48.49 pg/ml sensitivity.
SimpleStep ELISA® technology employs capture antibodies conjugated to an affinity tag that is recognized by the monoclonal antibody used to coat our SimpleStep ELISA® plates. This approach to sandwich ELISA allows the formation of the antibody-analyte sandwich complex in a single step, significantly reducing assay time. Interpolated concentrations of human FABP-1 in liver tissue extract in 96-well vs. 384-well plates.
Interpolated concentration of native FABP-1 was measured in duplicate at different sample concentrations in 96-well vs. 384-well plates. Undiluted samples are 15 µg/mL liver tissue extract. The interpolated dilution factor corrected values are plotted (mean +/- SD, n=2). Sample dilutions are made in 1X Cell Extraction Buffer PTR.
Interpolated concentration of native FABP-1 was measured in duplicate at different sample concentrations. Undiluted samples are as follows: HepG2 cell extract 175 µg/mL, HeLa cell extract 25 µg/mL, and liver tissue extract 15 µg/mL. The interpolated dilution factor corrected values are plotted (mean +/- SD, n=2). Sample dilutions are made in 1X Cell Extraction Buffer PTR.
