Quantitate Human Factor V with 166 pg/ml sensitivity.

Example of reactivity of human Factor V kit standard and natively purified human Factor Va (Native Human Factor Va protein ab62415) standard curve in Sample Diluent NS. Background-subtracted data values (mean +/- SD) are graphed. The kit recognizes the light chain present in both native human Factor V and Factor Va.
Interpolated concentration of native Factor V was measured in duplicate at different sample concentrations. Undiluted samples are as follows: 1:500 human serum and rhesus monkey serum. The interpolated dilution factor corrected values (to neat sample) are plotted (mean +/- SD, n=2). Sample dilutions are made in Sample Diluent NS.
Interpolated concentration of native Factor V was measured in duplicate at different sample concentrations in 96-well vs. 384-well plates. Undiluted samples are 1:1,000 human serum. The interpolated dilution factor corrected values (to neat sample) are plotted (mean +/- SD, n=2). Sample dilutions are made in Sample Diluent NS.
