Serum of ten individual healthy human male donors was measured in duplicate. Interpolated dilution factor corrected values (to neat sample) are plotted (mean +/- SD, n=2). The mean FGL1 concentration was determined to be 122 ng/mL with a range of 26.3 – 338.1 ng/mL.

Interpolated concentration of native FGL1 was measured in duplicate at different sample concentrations. Undiluted samples are as follows : serum 1%, plasma (citrate) 0.5%, plasma (EDTA) 0.5%, plasma (heparin) 0.5%, and HepG2 supernatant 0.5%. The interpolated dilution factor corrected values (to neat sample) are plotted (mean +/- SD, n=2). Sample dilutions are made in Sample Diluent NS.

Human FGL1 ELISA Kit, Chemiluminescent (ab325370) is a rapid single-wash sandwich 55-min ELISA to measure Human FGL1 in Serum, Citrate Plasma, EDTA Plasma, Heparin Plasma, Supernatant with a sensitivity of 1.7 pg/ml.

How the assay works

Human FGL1 ELISA Kit, Chemiluminescent (ab325370) SimpleStep ELISA®  employs capture antibodies conjugated to an affinity tag that is recognized by the monoclonal antibody used to coat our SimpleStep ELISA® plates. This approach to sandwich ELISA allows the formation of the antibody-analyte sandwich complex in a single step during a 30 min only incubation, significantly reducing assay time.  By utilizing a chemiluminscent detection method this improves the sensitivity and dynamic range when compared to traditional colormetric ELISAs.
