Interpolated concentration of native Heme Oxygenase 2 was measured in duplicate at different sample concentrations. Undiluted samples are as follows : 100 µg/mL HepG2 cell extract, 100 µg/mL HEK-293 cell extract, 200 µg/mL Liver tissue extract, and 500 µg/mL Kidney tissue extract. The interpolated dilution factor corrected values are plotted (mean +/- SD, n=2). Sample dilutions are made in 1X Cell Extraction Buffer PTR.

Specificity and interference testing of human Heme Oxygenase 2 SimpleStep ELISA kit. 50 ng/mL of recombinant human Heme Oxygenase 1 (HO-1) was tested for specificity, and for interference in combination with 875 pg/mL of recombinant human Heme Oxygenase 2 (HO-2). The interpolated values, expressed in % of input (for specificity) or in % of human HO-2 control (for interference), are plotted (mean +/- SD, n = 2). No cross-reactivity or interference with HO-1 was observed.

Human Heme Oxygenase 2 (HO-2) ELISA Kit is a single-wash 90-min Simplestep used to quantify Human Heme Oxygenase 2 (HO-2) with a sensitivity of 18.269pg/ml. The assay uses a simple mix-wash-read protocol with just one incubation and one wash step.
