Interpolated concentration of native ICAM1 was measured in duplicate at different sample concentrations. Undiluted samples are 1 : 200 serum, plasma (heparin), plasma (EDTA) and plasma (citrate). The interpolated dilution factor corrected values are plotted (mean +/- SD, n=2). Sample dilutions are made in Sample Diluent NS.

Serum of ten individual healthy human female donors was measured in duplicate. Interpolated dilution factor corrected values are plotted (mean +- SD, n=2). The mean ICAM1 concentration was determined to be 226 ng/mL with a range of 158 – 268 ng/mL.

Human ICAM1 - Extracellular Catchpoint SimpleStep ELISA® kit is a single-wash 90 min sandwich ELISA designed for the quantitative measurement of ICAM1 - Extracellular Catchpoint protein in human serum, Heparin plasma, EDTA plasma, urine and cell culture supernatant. Quantitate Human ICAM1 - Extracellular Catchpoint with 14.063 pg/ml sensitivity.

SimpleStep ELISA® technology employs capture antibodies conjugated to an affinity tag that is recognized by the monoclonal antibody used to coat our SimpleStep ELISA® plates. This approach to sandwich ELISA allows the formation of the antibody-analyte sandwich complex in a single step, significantly reducing assay time. During leukocyte trans-endothelial migration, ICAM1 engagement promotes the assembly of endothelial apical cups through ARHGEF26/SGEF and RHOG activation..
