Human Iduronate 2 sulfatase/SIDS SimpleStep ELISA® kit is a single-wash 90 min sandwich ELISA designed for the quantitative measurement of Iduronate 2 sulfatase/SIDS protein in Cell Lysate and Tissue extracts. Quantitate Human Iduronate 2 sulfatase/SIDS with 15.75 pg/ml sensitivity.
SimpleStep ELISA® technology employs capture antibodies conjugated to an affinity tag that is recognized by the monoclonal antibody used to coat our SimpleStep ELISA® plates. This approach to sandwich ELISA allows the formation of the antibody-analyte sandwich complex in a single step, significantly reducing assay time. Interpolated concentration of native Iduronate 2 sulfatase was measured in duplicate at different sample concentrations in 96-well vs. 384-well plates. Undiluted samples are 400 µg/mL HeLa cell extract. The interpolated dilution factor corrected values are plotted (mean +/- SD, n=2). Sample dilutions are made in 1X Cell Extraction Buffer PTR.
Interpolated concentration of native Iduronate 2 sulfatase was measured in duplicate at different sample concentrations. Undiluted samples are as follows: A549 cell extract 200 µg/mL, HeLa cell extract 400 µg/mL, MCF-7 cell extract 200 µg/mL, and lung tissue extract 500 µg/mL. The interpolated dilution factor corrected values are plotted (mean +/- SD, n=2). Sample dilutions are made in 1X Cell Extraction Buffer PTR.
The concentration of Iduronate 2 sulfatase was measured in wild type and knockout HeLa cell extracts based on a 250 µg/mL extract load. The mean concentration was determined to be 1,215 pg/mL in wild type extract and undetectable in knockout extract. The control and Iduronate 2 sulfatase knockout HeLa cell lines are available under Human IDS (Iduronate 2 sulfatase/SIDS) knockout HeLa cell line ab264747.
