Interpolated concentrations of native IGF1 Receptor in human Hela (62.5 μg/mL), A431 (100 μg/mL and HepG2 (500 μg/mL) cell extracts.
The concentrations of IGF1 Receptor were measured in duplicate and interpolated from the IGF1 Receptor standard curve and corrected for sample dilution. The interpolated dilution factor corrected values are plotted (mean +/- SD, n=2). The mean IGF1 Receptor concentration was determined to be 3296 pg/mL in Hela cell extract, 16,503 pg/ml in A431 cell extract and 15,527 pg/mL in HepG2 cell extract.

The concentrations of IGF1 Receptor were measured in duplicate, interpolated from the IGF1 Receptor standard curves and corrected for sample dilution. Undiluted samples are as follows : serum 100%, plasma (citrate) 100%, plasma (EDTA) 100% and plasma (heparin) 100%. The interpolated dilution factor corrected values are plotted (mean +/- SD, n=2). The mean IGF1 Receptor concentration was determined to be 1811 pg/mL in serum, 1172 pg/mL in plasma (citrate), 1594 pg/mL in plasma (EDTA) and 1575 pg/ml plasma (heparin).

Human IGF1 Receptor ELISA kit (ab275102) is a single-wash 90 min sandwich ELISA designed for the quantitative measurement of Human IGF1 Receptor protein in serum, plasma, and cell and tissue extracts. It uses our proprietary SimpleStep ELISA® technology. Quantitate Human IGF1 Receptor with 85 pg/mL sensitivity.
SimpleStep ELISA® technology employs capture antibodies conjugated to an affinity tag that is recognized by the monoclonal antibody used to coat our SimpleStep ELISA® plates. This approach to sandwich ELISA allows the formation of the antibody-analyte sandwich complex in a single step, significantly reducing assay time. IGF1 receptor (IGF -1 R) is a disulfide-linked heterotetrameric transmembrane protein consisting of two alpha and two beta subunits. This kit targets the alpha subunit. The proreceptor polypeptide is proteolytically cleaved and disulfide-linked to yield the mature heterotetrameric receptor. INS R and IGF-I R are receptor tyrosine kinases that consist of two ligand binding alpha subunits and two beta subunits. IGF-1 R Ligand binding induces autophosphorylation on multiple tyrosine residues of beta subunits.
