Serum of ten individual healthy human male donors was measured in duplicate. Interpolated dilution factor corrected values (to neat sample) are plotted (mean +/- SD, n=2). The mean IGF2R concentration was determined to be 42.8 ng/mL with a range of 27.1 – 66.4 ng/mL.

Human IGF2R (M6PR) SimpleStep ELISA® kit is a single-wash 90 min sandwich ELISA designed for the quantitative measurement of IGF2R (M6PR) protein in Serum, Cit Plasma, EDTA Plasma, Hep Plasma, Cell culture media. Quantitate Human IGF2R (M6PR) with 64.904 pg/ml sensitivity.

SimpleStep ELISA® technology employs capture antibodies conjugated to an affinity tag that is recognized by the monoclonal antibody used to coat our SimpleStep ELISA® plates. This approach to sandwich ELISA allows the formation of the antibody-analyte sandwich complex in a single step, significantly reducing assay time. Target data

Mediates the transport of phosphorylated lysosomal enzymes from the Golgi complex and the cell surface to lysosomes (PubMed : 18817523, PubMed : 2963003). Lysosomal enzymes bearing phosphomannosyl residues bind specifically to mannose-6-phosphate receptors in the Golgi apparatus and the resulting receptor-ligand complex is transported to an acidic prelysosomal compartment where the low pH mediates the dissociation of the complex (PubMed : 18817523, PubMed : 2963003). The receptor is then recycled back to the Golgi for another round of trafficking through its binding to the retromer (PubMed : 18817523). This receptor also binds IGF2 (PubMed : 18046459). Acts as a positive regulator of T-cell coactivation by binding DPP4 (PubMed : 10900005).
