Interpolated dilution factor corrected values are plotted (mean +/- SD, n=2). The mean IGFBP7 concentration was determined to be 233.5 ng/mL with a range of 180.8 – 335.8 ng/mL.

Interpolated concentrations of native IGFBP7 in HeLa cell extract based on a 20 μg/mL extract load.
The concentrations of IGFBP7 were measured in duplicate and interpolated from the IGFBP7 standard curve and corrected for sample dilution. The interpolated dilution factor corrected values are plotted (mean +/- SD, n=2). The mean IGFBP7 concentration was determined to be 2884 pg/mL in HeLa cell extract.

The concentrations of IGFBP7 were measured in duplicates, interpolated from the IGFBP7 standard curves and corrected for sample dilution. Undiluted samples are as follows : male urine 0.5%, female urine 0.5%, and HeLa cell culture supernatant 1%. The interpolated dilution factor corrected values are plotted (mean +/- SD, n=2). The mean IGFBP7 concentration was determined to be 337.7 ng/mL in neat male urine, 397.6 ng/mL in neat female urine, and 389.5 ng/mL in neat HeLa cell culture supernatant.

How the assay works
Human IGFBP7 SimpleStep ELISA®employs capture antibodies conjugated to an affinity tag that is recognized by the monoclonal antibody used to coat our SimpleStep ELISA® plates. This approach to sandwich ELISA allows the formation of the antibody-analyte sandwich complex in a single step, significantly reducing assay time. 1. Mix: add samples/standards to the wells together with the capture and detector antibody cocktail. Incubate 1 hr at room temperature
2. Wash
3. Add TMB development solution - incubate for 10 min
4. Add Stop solution
5. Read the results on a plate reader at 450 nm
