Interpolated concentrations of human IL-13 receptor alpha 1 in serum, plasma – citrate, plasma – EDTA, and plasma – heparin.
Interpolated concentration of native IL-13 receptor alpha 1 was measured in duplicate at different sample concentrations. Undiluted samples are as follows : 1 : 16 serum, 1 : 16 plasma – citrate, 1 : 16 plasma – EDTA, and 1 : 16 plasma – heparin. The interpolated dilution factor corrected values are plotted (mean +/- SD, n=2). Sample dilutions are made in Sample Diluent NS.

Serum of ten individual healthy human female donors was measured in duplicate. Interpolated dilution factor corrected values are plotted (mean +- SD, n=2). The mean IL-13 receptor alpha 1 concentration was determined to be 23.8 ng/mL with a range of 15.3 – 35.4 ng/mL
