Interpolated concentrations of native IL-23R in human serum and plasma samples.
The concentrations of IL-23R were measured in duplicates, interpolated from the IL-23R standard curves and corrected for sample dilution. Undiluted samples are as follows : serum 100%, plasma (EDTA) 100%, and plasma (heparin) 100%. The interpolated dilution factor corrected values are plotted (mean +/- SD, n=2). The mean IL-23R concentration was determined to be 174.9 pg/mL in serum, 128.8 pg/mL in plasma (EDTA), and 145.5 pg/mL in plasma (heparin).

Serum from ten individual healthy human male donors was measured in duplicate.
Interpolated dilution factor corrected values are plotted (mean +/- SD, n=2). The mean IL-23R concentration was determined to be 181.9 pg/mL with a range of 96.7 – 248.0 pg/mL.

Human IL-23R ELISA kit (ab277716) is a single-wash 90 min sandwich ELISA designed for the quantitative measurement of Human IL-23R protein in human serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants. It uses our proprietary SimpleStep ELISA® technology. Quantitate Human IL-23R with 9.5 pg/mL sensitivity.
SimpleStep ELISA® technology employs capture antibodies conjugated to an affinity tag that is recognized by the monoclonal antibody used to coat our SimpleStep ELISA® plates. This approach to sandwich ELISA allows the formation of the antibody-analyte sandwich complex in a single step, significantly reducing assay time. Interleukin-23 receptor, encoded by the IL23R gene, is a type I cytokine protein receptor that pairs together with IL-12Rβ1 as a complex in which IL-23 has a binding affinity for signaling innate and adaptive immunity. More specifically, IL-23R associates with Jak2 and Stat3 signaling molecules and is expressed by both T cells and NK cells. This kit is developed to recognize only IL-23R.
