Interpolated concentration of native Integrin beta-4 was measured in duplicate at different sample concentrations. Undiluted samples are 100 µg/mL HT-29 cell extract.  The interpolated dilution factor corrected values are plotted (mean +/- SD, n=2). Sample dilutions are made in 1X Cell Extraction Buffer PTR.

Human Integrin beta 4 (Intracellular) SimpleStep ELISA® kit is a single-wash 90 min sandwich ELISA designed for the quantitative measurement of Integrin beta 4 (Intracellular) protein in human serum, plasma, saliva and cell culture supernatant. Quantitate Human Integrin beta 4 (Intracellular) with 0.033 ng/ml sensitivity.

SimpleStep ELISA® technology employs capture antibodies conjugated to an affinity tag that is recognized by the monoclonal antibody used to coat our SimpleStep ELISA® plates. This approach to sandwich ELISA allows the formation of the antibody-analyte sandwich complex in a single step, significantly reducing assay time. Integrin beta 4 also known as ITGB4 integrin ß4 or integrine beta 4 is a transmembrane protein that mechanically links the extracellular matrix to the intracellular cytoskeleton. This protein has a molecular mass of approximately 205 kDa. Integrin beta 4 primarily expresses in epithelial cells particularly those forming stratified and transitional epithelia. It partners with alpha 6 integrin to form the alpha 6 beta 4 integrin complex which plays a significant role in the formation and maintenance of hemidesmosomes.
