Serum of nine individual healthy human female donors was measured in duplicate. Interpolated dilution factor corrected values (to neat sample) are plotted (mean +/- SD, n=2). The mean Lactate Dehydrogenase A concentration was determined to be 118.5 ng/mL with a range of 6.67 – 261.8 ng/mL.
Interpolated concentration of native Lactate Dehydrogenase A was measured in duplicate at different sample concentrations. Undiluted samples are as follows: serum 10%, plasma (EDTA) 20%, and plasma (heparin) 20%. The interpolated dilution factor corrected values (to neat sample) are plotted (mean +/- SD, n=2). Sample dilutions are made in Sample Diluent NS.
