Interpolated concentration of native Mannose Receptor 1 (CD206) was measured in duplicate at different sample concentrations. Undiluted samples are 1 : 50 human serum, plasma (citrate), plasma (EDTA), and plasma (heparin). The interpolated dilution factor corrected values (to neat sample) are plotted (mean +/- SD, n=2). Sample dilutions are made in Sample Diluent NS + 1X Enhancer.

Serum of ten individual healthy human male donors was measured in duplicate. Interpolated dilution factor corrected values (to neat sample) are plotted (mean +/- SD, n=2). The mean Mannose Receptor 1 (CD206) concentration was determined to be 134.97 ng/mL with a range of 82.62 – 207.33 ng/mL.

Human CD206 ELISA Kit is a single-wash 90-min Simplestep used to quantify Human CD206 with a sensitivity of 5.91pg/ml. The assay uses a simple mix-wash-read protocol with just one incubation and one wash step.
