Human Neuronal Pentraxin-1 (NP-I) SimpleStep ELISA® kit is a single-wash 90 min sandwich ELISA designed for the quantitative measurement of Neuronal Pentraxin-1 (NP-I) protein in Cell Lysate, Tissue extracts. Quantitate Human Neuronal Pentraxin-1 (NP-I) with 23.263 pg/ml sensitivity.
SimpleStep ELISA® technology employs capture antibodies conjugated to an affinity tag that is recognized by the monoclonal antibody used to coat our SimpleStep ELISA® plates. This approach to sandwich ELISA allows the formation of the antibody-analyte sandwich complex in a single step, significantly reducing assay time. 50 ng/mL of recombinant human NPTX2 and 50 ng/mL of recombinant human NPTXR were individually tested for interference with 1,150 pg/mL of recombinant human Neuronal Pentraxin-1 (NP-I/NPTX1). Percent reactivity was determined by interpolating the protein concentration from the human Neuronal Pentraxin-1 standard curve and expressing the interpolated concentration as a percentage of the protein concentration tested. No significant interference was observed.
50 ng/mL of recombinant human NPTX2 and NPTXR were individually tested for cross reactivity. Percent reactivity was determined by interpolating the protein concentration from the human Neuronal Pentraxin-1 (NP-I/NPTX1) standard curve and expressing the interpolated concentration as a percentage of the protein concentration tested. No cross reactivity was observed.

Interpolated concentration of native Neuronal Pentraxin-1 was measured in duplicate at different sample concentrations. Undiluted samples are as follows: HeLa cell extract 500 μg/mL and hippocampus tissue extract 40 μg/mL. The interpolated dilution factor corrected values are plotted (mean +/- SD, n=2). Sample dilutions are made in 1X Cell Extraction Buffer SSW.

Interpolated concentration of native Neuronal Pentraxin-1 was measured in duplicate at different sample concentrations in 96-well vs. 384-well plates. Undiluted samples are 500 μg/mL HeLa cell extract. The interpolated dilution factor corrected values are plotted (mean +/- SD, n=2). Sample dilutions are made in 1X Cell Extraction Buffer SSW.
