Interpolated concentration of native NRP2 was measured in duplicate at different sample concentrations. Undiluted samples are as follows : 50 µg/mL U-87 MG extract, 200 µg/mL A549 extract, and 750 µg/mL brain cortex extract.  The interpolated dilution factor corrected values are plotted (mean +/- SD, n=2). Sample dilutions are made in 1X Cell Extraction Buffer PTR.

Human NRP2 SimpleStep ELISA® kit is a single-wash 90 min sandwich ELISA designed for the quantitative measurement of NRP2 protein in Cell Lysate, Cell Lysate, Tissue extracts. Quantitate Human NRP2 with 20.127 pg/ml sensitivity.

SimpleStep ELISA® technology employs capture antibodies conjugated to an affinity tag that is recognized by the monoclonal antibody used to coat our SimpleStep ELISA® plates. This approach to sandwich ELISA allows the formation of the antibody-analyte sandwich complex in a single step, significantly reducing assay time. See the SimpleStep ELISA® protocol summary in the image section for further details. Our SimpleStep ELISA® technology provides several benefits:

-Single-wash protocol reduces assay time to 90 minutes or less
-High sensitivity, specificity and reproducibility from superior antibodies
-Fully validated in biological samples

A 384-well SimpleStep ELISA® microplate (ab203359) is available to use as an alternative to the 96-well microplate provided with SimpleStep ELISA® kits.

NRP2 also known as Neuropilin-2 is a receptor protein involved in developmental processes including axon guidance and angiogenesis. The molecular mass of NRP2 is approximately 120 kDa. It is expressed in various tissues such as the nervous system and the vascular system but its expression can also be found in certain immune cells. NRP2 plays an important role in cellular signaling by binding to semaphorins and vascular endothelial growth factors (VEGF).
