Sandwich ELISA - Human p53 (phospho S15) ELISA Kit (AB324321)
Example of human p53 (phospho S15) standard curve in 1X Cell Extraction Buffer PTR in 96-well vs. 384-well plate. Background-subtracted data values (mean +/- SD) are graphed.

Sandwich ELISA - Human p53 (phospho S15) ELISA Kit (AB324321)
Interpolated concentration of native p53 (phospho S15) was measured in duplicate at different sample concentrations. Undiluted samples are 50 µg/mL of HCT116 cell extract (treated with 1 µg/mL doxorubicin for 16 hrs). The interpolated dilution factor corrected values are plotted (mean +/- SD, n=2). Sample dilutions are made in 1X Cell Extraction Buffer PTR.

Sandwich ELISA - Human p53 (phospho S15) ELISA Kit (AB324321)
The concentration of p53 (phospho S15) was measured in doxorubicin treated and control HCT116 cell extracts based on a 50 µg/mL extract load. Cells were treated with 1 µg/mL (1.72 µM) doxorubicin for 16 hours or vehicle control. The mean concentration was determined to be 528 pg/mL in the treated extract and undetectable (ND) in the control.

Product details
Human p53 (phospho S15) SimpleStep ELISA® kit is a single-wash 90 min sandwich ELISA designed for the quantitative measurement of p53 (phospho S15) protein in Cell Lysate. Quantitate Human p53 (phospho S15) with 6.681 pg/ml sensitivity.
SimpleStep ELISA® technology employs capture antibodies conjugated to an affinity tag that is recognized by the monoclonal antibody used to coat our SimpleStep ELISA® plates. This approach to sandwich ELISA allows the formation of the antibody-analyte sandwich complex in a single step, significantly reducing assay time. See the SimpleStep ELISA® protocol summary in the image section for further details.
Our SimpleStep ELISA® technology provides several benefits:
-Single-wash protocol reduces assay time to 90 minutes or less
-High sensitivity, specificity and reproducibility from superior antibodies
-Fully validated in biological samples
-96-wells plate breakable into 12 x 8 wells strips, available in 10-pack (10 x 96-well plates)
-Also available in a fully validated 384-well format.
