Interpolated concentrations of native PD-L2 in human PBMC cell culture supernatant samples stimulated or unstimulated with PHA/PMA.

The concentrations of PD-L2 were measured in duplicates, interpolated from the PD-L2 standard curves and corrected for sample dilution. Undiluted samples are as follows : unstimulated 100% and stimulated 100%. The interpolated dilution factor corrected values are plotted (mean +/- SD, n=2). The mean PD-L2 concentration was determined to be 32 pg/mL in stimulated PBMC cell culture supernatant and undetectable in unstimulated and media controls.

The concentrations of PD-L2 were measured in duplicates, interpolated from the PD-L2 standard curves and corrected for sample dilution. Undiluted samples are as follows : urine 50% and milk 50%. The interpolated dilution factor corrected values are plotted (mean +/- SD, n=2). The mean PD-L2 concentration was determined to be 2172 pg/mL in urine and 151 pg/mL in milk.
