Product details

Human ROR1 ELISA Kit is designed for the quantitative determination of ROR1 in cell culture supernatants, plasma and serum samples.

This assay employs an antibody specific for human ROR1 coated on a 96-well plate. Standards and samples are pipetted into the wells and ROR1 present in a sample is bound to the wells by the immobilized antibody. The wells are washed and biotinylated anti-human ROR1 antibody is added. After washing away unbound biotinylated antibody, HRP-conjugated streptavidin is pipetted to the wells. The wells are again washed, a TMB substrate solution is added to the wells and color develops in proportion to the amount of ROR1 bound. The Stop Solution changes the color from blue to yellow, and the intensity of the color is measured at 450 nm.

Has very low kinase activity in vitro and is unlikely to function as a tyrosine kinase in vivo (PubMed : 25029443). Receptor for ligand WNT5A which activate downstream NFkB signaling pathway and may result in the inhibition of WNT3A-mediated signaling (PubMed : 25029443, PubMed : 27162350). In inner ear, crucial for spiral ganglion neurons to innervate auditory hair cells (PubMed : 27162350).
