Product details
Human RSPO2 ELISA Kit is an in vitro enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay for the quantitative measurement of human RSPO2 in serum, plasma and cell culture supernatants. This assay employs an antibody specific for human RSPO2 coated on a 96-well plate.
This ELISA kit shows no cross-reactivity with the following cytokines tested: human ADAM22, Arylsulfatase B/ARSB, B3GNT2, Carbonic Anhydrase VB, Caspase 7, Caspase 8, Integrin alpha M/CD11b, SIRP gamma/CD172g, CD39L2/ENTPD6, CD39L4/ENTPD5, Integrin alpha 2/CD49b, CD7, CEACAM-3, Carboxypeptidase E/CPE, FABP6, FAM3C, GDF-3, GSTM1, Kallikrein 11, Kallikrein 12, Kremen-2, OSCAR, PTP1B, Reg3A, S100A13, Semaphorin 4C, Sirtuin 1/SIRT1, SMPD1, Sortilin, SPINK1, Stabilin-2, SULT2A1, Transcobalamin II, THSD1, TrkA, UCH-L3, VAPA, vWF-A2, Wnt-4.

Biological function summary
The protein enhances Wnt signaling which is important for the regulation of cellular processes including proliferation and differentiation. RSPO2 interacts with LGR receptors and is essential in modulating tissue development and homeostasis. The protein forms part of a complex with ZNRF3 triggering removal of negative regulators from the cell surface. This fine regulation allows RSPO2 to play roles in skeletal and organ development.
Pathways
RSPO2 actively participates in the canonical Wnt/β-catenin signaling and non-canonical pathways. Within the Wnt/β-catenin pathway RSPO2 collaborates with LRP6 and Frizzled receptors to stabilize β-catenin which then translocates to the nucleus to influence gene expression. In pathways regulating tissue homeostasis RSPO2 works with RNF43 to control ZNRF3 activity affecting how many receptors are available for Wnt signaling.
