Product details

Human SREC-I ELISA kit is an in vitro enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay for the quantitative measurement of human SREC-I in serum, plasma and cell culture supernatants. This assay employs an antibody specific for human SREC-I coated on a 96- well plate.

Cross Reactivity: This ELISA kit shows no cross-reactivity with the following cytokines tested: human ACE, Activin RIB (ALK-4), ADAM23, Artemin, CT-1, Cathepsin V, FABP1 (L-FABP), FGF-20, GDF-8, HAI-1, IL-27 R alpha (WSX-1), Insulin R, Kallikrein 7, LIF R alpha, Lipocalin1, LTbR (Lymphotoxin beta R), Mesothelin, MFRP, Neuropilin-2, Neurturin, Nidogen-2, Olfactomedin-2 (Noelin-2), p53, PDECGF (Thymidine Phosphorylase), PDGF-CC, Progranulin, Ret, ROBO4, Semaphorin 6B, Serpin F1 (PEDF), SREC-II (SCARF2), TLR1, TLR3, TPP1, TREM-2, TrkC, TROY, Uromodulin, XIAP.
