Interpolated concentration of native Stanniocalcin 2 / STC-2 was measured in duplicate at different sample concentrations. Undiluted samples are as follows : plasma (EDTA) 50%, plasma (heparin) 25%, and T-47D cell culture supernatant 1 : 100. The interpolated dilution factor corrected values (to neat sample) are plotted (mean +/- SD, n=2). Sample dilutions are made in Sample Diluent NS.

Quantitate Human Stanniocalcin 2 / STC-2 with 17.725 pg/ml sensitivity.
