Interpolated concentration of native TWEAK/TNFSF12 was measured in duplicate at different sample concentrations in 96-well vs. 384-well plates. Undiluted samples are 500 µg/mL human heart tissue extract. The interpolated dilution factor corrected values are plotted (mean +/- SD, n=2). Sample dilutions are made in 1X Cell Extraction Buffer PTR.

Human TWEAK/TNFSF12 ELISA Kit- Intracellular is a single-wash 90-min Simplestep used to quantify Human TWEAK/TNFSF12 with a sensitivity of 1.5pg/ml. The assay uses a simple mix-wash-read protocol with just one incubation and one wash step.

-Colormetric sandwich ELISA - 450 nm readout- works on any standard plate reader.

Binds to FN14 and possibly also to TNRFSF12/APO3. Weak inducer of apoptosis in some cell types. Mediates NF-kappa-B activation. Promotes angiogenesis and the proliferation of endothelial cells. Also involved in induction of inflammatory cytokines. Promotes IL8 secretion.
