Monkey G-CSF SimpleStep ELISA® kit is a single-wash 90 min sandwich ELISA designed for the quantitative measurement of G-CSF protein in Serum, EDTA Plasma, Cit Plasma, Hep Plasma, Urine, Cell culture supernatant. Quantitate Monkey G-CSF with 5.161 pg/ml sensitivity.
SimpleStep ELISA® technology employs capture antibodies conjugated to an affinity tag that is recognized by the monoclonal antibody used to coat our SimpleStep ELISA® plates. This approach to sandwich ELISA allows the formation of the antibody-analyte sandwich complex in a single step, significantly reducing assay time. Interpolated concentration of native G-CSF was measured in duplicate at different sample concentrations. Undiluted samples are 100% unstimulated and stimulated PBMC cell culture supernatant (treated with 50 ng/mL PMA and 1 µg/mL Ionomycin for 24 hrs). The interpolated dilution factor corrected values (to neat sample) are plotted (mean +/- SD, n=2). Sample dilutions are made in Sample Diluent NS. No signal was detected in unstimulated PBMC cell culture supernatant.
