Quantitate Mouse Glutathione Peroxidase 3/GPx-3 with 338.049 pg/ml sensitivity.

This approach to sandwich ELISA allows the formation of the antibodyanalyte sandwich complex in a single step, significantly reducing assay time. Interpolated concentration of native Glutathione Peroxidase 3/GPx-3 was measured in duplicate at different sample concentrations in 96-well vs. 384-well plates. Undiluted samples are 1:2,000 mouse serum. The interpolated dilution factor corrected values (to neat sample) are plotted (mean +/- SD, n=2). Sample dilutions are made in Sample Diluent NS.
