Mouse PD-L1 ELISA Kit- Extracellular is a single-wash 90-min Simplestep used to quantify Mouse PD-L1 with a sensitivity of 6.267 pg/mL. The assay uses a simple mix-wash-read protocol with just one incubation and one wash step.

Interpolated concentration of native PD-L1 was measured in duplicate at different sample concentrations. Undiluted samples are 100% RAW264.7 cell culture supernatant (treated with 1 µg/ml LPS for 48 hrs) and 100% untreated RAW264.7 cell culture supernatant. The interpolated dilution factor corrected values are plotted (mean +/- SD, n=2). Sample dilutions are made in 1X Wash Buffer PT. No signal was detected in untreated RAW264.7 cell culture supernatant.

Mouse PD-L1 SimpleStep ELISA® kit is a single-wash 90 min sandwich ELISA designed for the quantitative measurement of PD-L1 protein in Serum, Citrate Plasma, EDTA Plasma, Cell culture supernatant. Quantitate Mouse PD-L1 with 6.267 pg/ml sensitivity.

SimpleStep ELISA® technology employs capture antibodies conjugated to an affinity tag that is recognized by the monoclonal antibody used to coat our SimpleStep ELISA® plates. This approach to sandwich ELISA allows the formation of the antibody-analyte sandwich complex in a single step, significantly reducing assay time. Target data

Plays a critical role in induction and maintenance of immune tolerance to self (PubMed : 11238124). As a ligand for the inhibitory receptor PDCD1/PD-1, modulates the activation threshold of T-cells and limits T-cell effector response (PubMed : 11238124). Through a yet unknown activating receptor, may costimulate T-cell subsets that predominantly produce interleukin-10 (IL10) (PubMed : 11015443, PubMed : 12719480).. The PDCD1-mediated inhibitory pathway is exploited by tumors to attenuate anti-tumor immunity and escape destruction by the immune system, thereby facilitating tumor survival (PubMed : 12218188, PubMed : 27281199). The interaction with PDCD1/PD-1 inhibits cytotoxic T lymphocytes (CTLs) effector function (PubMed : 12218188). The blockage of the PDCD1-mediated pathway results in the reversal of the exhausted T-cell phenotype and the normalization of the anti-tumor response, providing a rationale for cancer immunotherapy (PubMed : 12218188).
