Interpolated concentration of native Pro-Collagen I alpha 1 was measured in duplicate at different sample concentrations. Undiluted samples are as follows : NIH/3T3 cell extract 10 µg/mL and mouse skin tissue extract 20 µg/mL. The interpolated dilution factor corrected values are plotted (mean +/- SD, n=2). Sample dilutions are made in 1X Cell Extraction Buffer PTR.

How the assay works

Mouse Pro-Collagen I alpha 1 ELISA Kit, Chemiluminescent (ab325453) SimpleStep ELISA®  employs capture antibodies conjugated to an affinity tag that is recognized by the monoclonal antibody used to coat our SimpleStep ELISA® plates. This approach to sandwich ELISA allows the formation of the antibody-analyte sandwich complex in a single step during a 30 min only incubation, significantly reducing assay time.  By utilizing a chemiluminscent detection method this improves the sensitivity and dynamic range when compared to traditional colormetric ELISAs.

Mouse Pro-Collagen I alpha 1 (ab325453) protocol summary
