Interpolated concentration of native WISP1 was measured in duplicate at different sample concentrations. Undiluted samples are 400 μg/mL C2C12 cell extract. The interpolated dilution factor corrected values are plotted (mean +/- SD, n=2). Sample dilutions are made in 1X Cell Extraction Buffer PTR.

Mouse WISP1 SimpleStep ELISA® kit is a single-wash 90 min sandwich ELISA designed for the quantitative measurement of WISP1 protein in mouse cell extract. Quantitate Mouse WISP1 with 10.517 pg/ml sensitivity.

SimpleStep ELISA® technology employs capture antibodies conjugated to an affinity tag that is recognized by the monoclonal antibody used to coat our SimpleStep ELISA® plates. This approach to sandwich ELISA allows the formation of the antibody-analyte sandwich complex in a single step, significantly reducing assay time. See the SimpleStep ELISA® protocol summary in the image section for further details. Our SimpleStep ELISA® technology provides several benefits:

-Single-wash protocol reduces assay time to 90 minutes or less
-High sensitivity, specificity and reproducibility from superior antibodies

WISP1 also known as Wnt1 Inducible Signaling Pathway Protein 1 or CCN4 is a protein with significant roles in cellular processes. This protein has an approximate mass of 41 kDa. You can find its expression in various tissues including bone cartilage and vascular tissues. WISP1 belongs to the CCN family of proteins which are matricellular proteins that interact with different cell surface molecules and receptor systems to modulate cellular functions.
