Anti-Ramucirumab ELISA kit is a sandwich ELISA assay for the qualitative detection of antibodies to Ramucirumab in human serum and plasma samples. Controls and samples are incubated in the microtiter plate coated with the drug Ramucirumab. After incubation, the wells are washed and the enzymatic activity is detected by the addition of chromogen-substrate. The enzyme-substrate reaction is terminated with an acidic stop solution. The color developed is proportional to the amount of antibodies specific for Ramucirumab present in the samples and controls. The qualitative test results can be evaluated using cut-off value.

Cross Reactivity: Except for Ramucirumab, there is no cross reaction with other therapeutic antibodies and native serum immunoglobins.

This product is manufactured by BioVision, an Abcam company and was previously called E4870 BioSim™ anti-Ramucirumab (Human) ELISA Kit. E4870-100 is the same size as the 1 x 96 tests size of ab282899.
