Rat AMH ELISA Kit is a single-wash 90-min Simplestep used to quantify Rat AMH with a sensitivity of 19.2 pg/mL. The assay uses a simple mix-wash-read protocol with just one incubation and one wash step.

Interpolated concentrations of rat AMH in serum in 96-well vs. 384-well plates.

Interpolated concentration of native AMH was measured in duplicate at different sample concentrations in 96-well vs. 384-well plates. Undiluted samples are 8% serum. The interpolated dilution factor corrected values (to neat sample) are plotted (mean +/- SD, n=2). Sample dilutions are made in Sample Diluent NS + 1X Enhancer.

Rat AMH SimpleStep ELISA® kit is a single-wash 90 min sandwich ELISA designed for the quantitative measurement of AMH protein in Serum, Cit Plasma, EDTA Plasma, Hep Plasma, Cell culture media. Quantitate Rat AMH with 19.2 pg/ml sensitivity.

SimpleStep ELISA® technology employs capture antibodies conjugated to an affinity tag that is recognized by the monoclonal antibody used to coat our SimpleStep ELISA® plates. This approach to sandwich ELISA allows the formation of the antibody-analyte sandwich complex in a single step, significantly reducing assay time. Target data

Plays an important role in several reproductive functions. Induces Muellerian duct regression during male fetal sexual differentiation and plays a role in Leydig cell differentiation and function (By similarity). In female acts as a negative regulator of the primordial to primary follicle transition and decreases FSH sensitivity of growing follicles. AMH signals by binding to a specific type-II receptor, AMHR2, that heterodimerizes with type-I receptors (ACVR1 and BMPR1A), and recruiting SMAD proteins that are translocated to the nucleus to regulate target gene expression (By similarity).
