Sandwich ELISA - Rat C-Peptide ELISA Kit (ab323930)
Interpolated concentration of native C-Peptide was measured in duplicate at different sample concentrations. Undiluted samples are as follows: serum 25%, plasma (citrate) 6.25%, plasma (EDTA) 6.25%, and plasma (heparin) 6.25%. The interpolated dilution factor corrected values (to neat sample) are plotted (mean +/- SD, n=2). Sample dilutions are made in Sample Diluent NS.
