Interpolated concentration of native C-Peptide was measured in duplicate at different sample concentrations. Undiluted samples are as follows : serum 25%, plasma (citrate) 6.25%, plasma (EDTA) 6.25%, and plasma (heparin) 6.25%. The interpolated dilution factor corrected values (to neat sample) are plotted (mean +/- SD, n=2). Sample dilutions are made in Sample Diluent NS.

Rat C-Peptide SimpleStep ELISA® kit is a single-wash 90 min sandwich ELISA designed for the quantitative measurement of C-Peptide protein in Serum, Cit Plasma, EDTA Plasma, Hep Plasma, Cell culture media. Quantitate Rat C-Peptide with 3.4 pg/ml sensitivity.
