Interpolated concentrations of native STAT3 in human mouse and rat 100 ug/mL HeLa cell extract 250 ug/mL A431 cell extract 50 ug/mL mouse NIH3T3 cell extract and 50 ug/mL rat C6 cell extract.

The concentrations of STAT3 were measured in duplicate and interpolated from the STAT3 standard curve and corrected for sample dilution. The interpolated dilution factor corrected values are plotted (mean +/- SD n=2). The mean STAT3 concentration was determined to be 10028.97 pg/mL in HeLa cell extract 3677.14 pg/mL in A431 cell extract 3906.20 pg/mL in mouse NIH3T3 cell extract and 5866.53 pg/mL in rat C6 cell extract.

STAT3 ELISA Kit, Chemiluminescent (ab326399) is a rapid single-wash sandwich 55-min ELISA to measure STAT3 in Cell Lysate with a sensitivity of 16.9 pg/mL.

How the assay works

STAT3 ELISA Kit, Chemiluminescent (ab326399) SimpleStep Ignite™ ELISA employs capture antibodies conjugated to an affinity tag that is recognized by the monoclonal antibody used to coat our SimpleStep ELISA® plates. This approach to sandwich ELISA allows the formation of the antibody-analyte sandwich complex in a single step during a 30 min only incubation, significantly reducing assay time. By utilizing a chemiluminscent detection method this improves the sensitivity and dynamic range when compared to traditional colorimetric ELISAs.
