Note: Anti-Vedolizumab ELISA kit ab282898 is intended for Research Use Only, not for use in diagnostic procedures.

Anti-Vedolizumab ELISA kit is a sandwich ELISA assay for the qualitative detection of antibodies to Vedolizumab in human serum and plasma samples. Controls and samples are incubated in the microtiter plate coated with the drug Vedolizumab. After incubation, the wells are washed and the enzymatic activity is detected by the addition of chromogen-substrate. The enzyme-substrate reaction is terminated with an acidic stop solution. The color developed is proportional to the amount of antibodies specific for Vedolizumab present in the samples and controls. The qualitative test results can be evaluated using cut-off value.

Cross Reactivity: Except for Vedolizumab, there is no cross reaction with other therapeutic antibodies and native serum immunoglobins.

This product is manufactured by BioVision, an Abcam company and was previously called E4869 BioSim™ anti-Vedolizumab (Human) ELISA Kit. E4869-100 is the same size as the 1 x 96 tests size of ab282898.
