Interpolated concentrations of native VILIP1 were measured in duplicate in 50% bovine and human CSF. The interpolated dilution factor corrected values are plotted (mean +/- SD, n=2). Sample dilutions are made in Sample Diluent NS.

Interpolated concentrations of spiked VILIP1 in bovine cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) and human serum.
Recombinant VILIP1 was spiked into the following samples and diluted in a 2-fold dilution series in Sample Diluent NS. Undiluted samples are as follows : human serum 25% and bovine CSF 50%. The interpolated dilution factor corrected values are plotted (mean +/- SD, n=2).
