Trypsin Antigen Retrieval Kit ab259256 is used for enzyme-based antigen retrieval. It comes a in convenient, easy-to-use two part kit.

Use 1 part of the Trypsin Concentrate with 3 parts Trypsin Buffer. For a stronger digestion, increase the ratio to 1:2 or 1:1. Incubate on tissue section for 10 minutes at 37oC. Rinse and proceed with immunostaining.
