Matched antibody pairs are a capture antibody and a detection antibody, used in sandwich ELISAs to bind to the protein of interest. Just like any other antibody, these pairs need to be specific and sensitive to give the best results.
Our matched antibody pairs come in two formats: carrier-free antibody pairs (BSA, glycerol, and azide-free) and antibody pair kits, offering flexibility while still delivering consistent and sensitive results. We only use recombinant monoclonal antibodies to ensure batch-to-batch consistency and reproducibility, and screen in plasma and serum to ensure specificity in complex samples.
