Sandwich ELISA - Mouse/Rat Parathyroid Hormone Antibody Pair - BSA and Azide free (ab323427)
Interpolated concentration of native Parathyroid Hormone was measured at different sample concentrations. Undiluted samples are as follows: mouse thymus supernatant (3 days) 12.5% and rat thymus supernatant (3 days) 50%. The interpolated dilution factor corrected values are plotted (mean +/- SD, n=2). Sample dilutions are made in 1% bovine serum albumin (BSA). Data represented here are indicative of assay working using example of biological sample. However, we do not guarantee same sensitivity level due to biological variation.
