Immunofluorescent analysis of 4% Paraformaldehyde-fixed, 0.1% TritonX-100 permeabilized Mouse PBMC (mouse peripheral blood mononuclear cell) cells labelling 5 Lipoxygenase/5-LO with ab327006 at 1/500 (1.02 μg/ml) dilution , followed by ab150081 Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG H&L (Alexa Fluor® 488) preadsorbed antibody at 1/1000 dilution (Green).

Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded (A) : Raw 264.7 (mouse Abelson murine leukemia virus-induced tumor macrophage) cell pellet (B) : J774.1 (mouse reticulum cell sarcoma monocyte/macrophage) cell pellet (C) : NIH/3T3 (mouse embryonic fibroblast) cell pellets tissue labeling 5 Lipoxygenase/5-LO with ab327006 at 1/1000 (0.51 μg/ml) dilution, followed by a ready to use LeicaDS9800 (Bond™ Polymer Refine Detection).
Positive staining on (A) : Raw 264.7 cell pellet and (B) : J774.1 cell pellet, no staining on (C) : NIH/3T3 cell pellets. The primary antibody was incubated for 30 mins at room temperature.
The immunostaining was performed on a Leica Biosystems BOND® RX instrument.
Counterstained with Hematoxylin.
