Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded Human liver carcinoma tissue labeling AATF/DED with ab325343 at 1/100 (5.13 µg/ml) dilution, followed by a ready to use Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG H&L (HRP polymer) (ab214880).
Nucleolus staining on human liver carcinoma. The primary antibody was incubated overnight at 4°C.
Counterstained with Hematoxylin.
Secondary antibody only control : Secondary antibody is a ready to use Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG H&L (HRP polymer) (ab214880).
Heat mediated antigen retrieval was performed with Tris-EDTA buffer (pH 9.0, Epitope Retrieval Solution2) for 20 mins

Immunofluorescent analysis of 4% Paraformaldehyde-fixed, 0.1% TritonX-100 permeabilized 293T (human embryonic kidney epithelial cell) and THP-1 (human monocytic leukemia monocyte) cells labelling AATF/DED with ab325343 at 1/500 (1.026 µg/ml) dilution, followed by ab150081 Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG H&L (Alexa Fluor® 488) preadsorbed antibody at 1/1000 dilution (Green).

ab7291 Anti-alpha Tubulin mouse monoclonal antibody was used to counterstain tubulin at 1/1000 (1 ug/ml) dilution, followed by ab150120 Goat Anti-Mouse IgG H&L (Alexa Fluor® 594) at 1/1000 (2 ug/ml) dilution (Magenta).
-ve control 1 : ab325343 at a 1/500 dilution followed by ab150120 at a 1/1000 dilution.
-ve control 2 : ab7291 at a 1/1000 dilution followed by ab150081 at a 1/1000 dilution.

The identity of the lower band in lane 3 and lane 6 at approximately 50 kDa is unknown.
