Indirect ELISA showing ab315829 binding to AAV8 & AAV3B empty capsid. Binding of ab315829 was assessed in a serial dilution and EC-50 is 1.234 ng/ml for AAV8 and 6.202 ng/ml for AAV3B. The secondary antibody used was Goat Anti-Mouse IgG H&L (HRP) preadsorbed at 1/2000 dilution.

Dot blot analysis of AAV5 using ab315831 at 1 : 2000 (0.5 ug/ml) followed by a Peroxidase-Conjugated Goat anti-Mouse IgG (H+L) at 1 : 5000 dilution.

Dot blot was performed using 1 ng of each capsid loaded per well.

Anti-AAV9 antibody [HL2368] (ab315818) (1 : 2000), Anti-AAV9 antibody [HL2370] (ab315820) (1 : 2000), Anti-AAV9 antibody [HL2374] (ab315823) (1 : 2000), and Anti-AAV9 antibody [HL2374-IgG1] - BSA and Azide free (ab315826) (1 : 2000) specifically recognize AAV9 capsid.
