Interpolated concentration of ALDH2 was measured in duplicate at different sample concentrations. Undiluted samples are as follows : 0.2 mg/mL HepG2. The interpolated dilution factor corrected values are plotted (mean +/- standard deviation, n=2). Sample dilutions are made in 1% Bovine Serum Albumin (BSA). We do not guarantee same sensitivity level due to biological variation.
