Immunocytochemistry/ Immunofluorescence - Alexa Fluor® 488 Anti-Aquaporin 1 antibody [EPR11588(B)] (AB309643)
Immunocytochemistry/ Immunofluorescence analysis of 293T cells (Human embryonic kidneyepithelial cell) transfected with AQP1 expression vector containing a Myc tag labeling Aquaporin 1 with ab309643 at 1/250 (2.0 μg/mL). Cells were fixed with 4% Paraformaldehyde and permeabilised with 0.1% TritonX-100. Myc-Tag Mouse mAb (Alexa Fluor® 647) at 1/100 0.38μg/mL was used as the counterstain and DAPI as nuclear counterstain. Confocal image showing strong cytoplasmic staining in 293T cells transfected with Myc tagged AQP1. Image was taken with a confocal microscope (Leica-Microsystems, TCS SP8).
