Flow cytometric analysis of Human peripheral blood mononuclear cell (PBMC) treated with 10ug/ml phytohemagglutinin (PHA) for 2 days cells labelling CD134 / OX40L receptor with ab305362 at 1/50 dilution (1ug)/ Right compared with a Rabbit IgG monoclonal [EPR25A] - Isotype Control (Alexa Fluor® 488) (Alexa Fluor® 488 Rabbit IgG, monoclonal [EPR25A] - Isotype Control ab199091) / Left isotype control.
Cells were stained with rabbit IgG or ab305362. Then stained with anti-CD3 conjugated to Alexa Fluor® 647.Gated on viable cells.
Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded Human tonsil tissue labeling CD134 / OX40L receptor with ab305362 at 1/100 (5.0 µg/ml). Positive staining on human tonsil. The section was incubated with ab305362 for 60 mins at room temperature (shown in green). Nuclear DNA was labeled with DAPI (shown in blue). The section was then mounted using Fluoromount®.The immunostaining was performed on a Leica Biosystems BOND RX instrument. Image was taken with a confocal microscope (Leica-Microsystems, TCS SP8). Heat mediated antigen retrieval was performed with Tris-EDTA buffer (pH 9.0, Epitope Retrieval Solution2) for 40 mins.
Negative control: PBS instead of the primary antibody
